Welcome to our class blog!
I am so excited for the new year to begin. I am really excited to be teaching fifth grade this year and even more excited to be teaching reading. I must say it is one of my favorite things to do. I know that the reading we will be doing this year will take us places we never dreamed of. I hope you have been reading this summer! Now you can tell me all about what you are reading, and make recommendations to your classmates right here on our new class blog!

DeleteI am Rachel and I just finished reading "Help a Vampires Coming" and I loved it. The book was about a little boy Freddy and every night he sees a vampire and he has to stay up all night, so his friends try to help him get rid of the vampire.

DeleteHi. My name is Joey and I have just finished the book "Cabin Fever". It's a great book if your looking for somethimg short, funny, and easy to read. It is my new favorite Book and I highly reccomend it.

ReplyDeleteHi my name is Bailey Malloy and I just finished the book Diary of the wimpy kid cabin fever.It was the best book I have ever read in the fith grade or ever.The best part of my book was when greg got stuke in the house because it snowed 9 feet of snow.Mrs.fowler you would love this book.

ReplyDeleteHi, I'm Evan Tyler Calloway and I think that the great depression started because someone created credit so the stock market went down. There was a war, so the banks went down also. When the banks went down people lost their money, so I think that they learned their lesson and there will never be another depression.
ReplyDeleteHi.I'm Parker Calloway, and here is how I think the great depression started. Credits were invented. People used credits so much that they can't pay their bills. So stock market crashed, and banks failed. People lost their jobs. So I think they learned their lesson, and it won't happen again because they know what not to do.

ReplyDeleteHi my name is jasmine and I just finshed my book the celery stalks at mid night. I know the title sounds crazy but it has nothing to do with the book. it's a really good book but the only thing I don't like about it is that it has nouthing to do with celery stalking at midnight.

ReplyDeleteHey my name is Lydia after i read Violet Raines Almost Got Struck By Lightning i am going to read Diary of a Wimpy Kid The Last Straw and i hope it is going to be a great book i don't really know anything about it or anybody talk about it so i am going to find out my self if it is or not. i like reading alot but i think that it will be a good book for me and other people to after i read both of them i will take a AR test on them and i hope to do wonderful on the AR test i think i did alot of reading this summer and i hope yall did to!!!

ReplyDeletei am reading a book called there's a dead person following my sister around the title may sound scary or the title may scream out THIS IS NOT A GOOD BOOK but it is very exiting. the book is about a brother named ted and he is seeing and hearing noises and vicki the little sister vicki says she has a friend no on can see and one lady who is very scary
